Project Objective

The task was to build a custom web application for Paveworks which will help to manage leads, jobs and projects and do mapping of site plans efficiently. The solution should be scalable and flexible enough to easily incorporate more functionalities in the future. It should offer a smooth integration with third party productivity tools and needs to be desktop, tablet and mobile friendly.

Our Solution

We delivered a SaaS based software, integrated with modules as per the client’s requirements. The application is desktop, tablet and mobile friendly and allows users to do complete contact, event and task management. Users can create and store proposals, contracts, invoices and work orders within the application and even print or email them from there itself.

In addition to this, they can upload or create spreadsheets that calculate cost of a particular construction project(s). The application is equipped to generate reports and track sales revenue and labor activities. It offers route planning and integration with weather forecasting and QuickBooks functionalities. Most importantly, it uses Google Earth to autocalulate site dimensions and generate quotations for the projects.
