The client wanted to create a cloud-based, POS-friendly online marketing ecosystem that could connect everyone in the sales process of the retail industry; right from merchants and employers to members and mobile payment providers. The solution was required to be flexible, scalable and easy to use and capable enough to send marketing promotions, real-time notifications and incentives and rewards, etc.

Our Solution
In response to the client’s needs, we delivered a cloud-based, POS-friendly online marketing ecosystem, integrated with all the required features and functionalities. It tracks transactions, programs, promotions and trends in real time, that helps the users to create and offer targeted incentives for its customers. It manages all aspects of customer programs and is powered to send out promotions to specific groups or all.
CLK CLK manages customer reviews, recommendations and social media posts. It invites customers to review their purchase experience and sends the feedback to the users. Most importantly, Clk Clk keeps everyone in the sales process, updated with the latest happenings. For example, users get informed whenever there is any purchase or member activity. Similarly customers receive emails regarding incentive programs, vouchers, reviews and referral confirmation.
Technology Used
PHP with CodeIgnitor Framework, Java, Asp.Net, MySQL, JQuery, Mobile CodeIgnitor, OsCommerce and MongoDB, AngularJS, Node.js, package installer for distribution, online calendar sharing and collaboration.
